Q: Do you charge tax?
A: Nope! Our business isn’t large enough that we have to pay government taxes, but we can’t remove the option from the site.
Q: Why do you charge more than the market?
A: It can be considered a delivery fee since we bring the item to you at school. There’s also a bit of confidentiality, which could be rather valuable depending on your situation.
Q: I’ve been a loyal customer! Can I have some discounts?
A: We offer coupons for people who have bought many of our products, but you have to make an account to cash in on that. (scroll down and access the Meta Menu)
Q: Can you just bring your entire stock, and I’ll choose at school?
A: Sometimes, the answer is yes, but only when we’re trying to clear our stock, and we won’t do it specifically for you. Bringing 10 extra bags of Hi-Chews to school is not very convenient.
Q: I’m having trouble making an account. How do I request help?
A: Two options on the “Contact Us” page will lead you to the head of Got Hichew, and he’ll be in touch shortly. Contacting him by email may take around one business week, but using Zoom would likely be much faster, with a maximum response time of 2 business days. (normally)
